In 2005 a client asked me to consider a small property development project in Central London. It was a test project to see if he could make a sound financial return. Since then I have undertaken several projects all in the Central London area, on behalf of this client and others.
I can offer a choice of several teams of highly experienced builders, who are both reliable and considerate. I have undertaken projects from one bedroom flats to four bedroom houses, starting from the search and successful purchase of the property, through the design and planning stages, the redevelopment and refurbishment stages and finally through to the successful sale or letting of the property.
During these stages the client benefits from wholesale contacts and total project management. This leaves the client free to continue with their busy lives, knowing that the day to day management of the inevitable problems that arise during rebuilds is taken care of, whilst always being kept informed of events as they take place.
2011 is an excellent time to be investing in property in the ‘right’ location. According to the Financial Times 33% of the people buying in SW6 (Fulham) are moving from Chelsea. According to Savills, Fulham SW6 was the most internet searched area in April 2011.
My Interior Design Projects include full Redesign and Refurbishment, Kitchen and Bathroom replacement, Selection of soft furnishings, Selection of Artwork and the Redesign and Rebuild of where the Inside Rooms meet the Outside Rooms.
My design qualifications coupled with an HND in Business Planning and 15 years’ experience of project management in the Landscape Design industry, with 6 years project management in the Building industry, allow me to bring to each project a blend of aesthetic and practical strengths based on many years’ experience of knowing “what works”.
